Don a blindfold and let us lead you into an environment created by a respected artist in collaboration with some of the finest chefs of our day. Wearing a specially designed Mindfold blindfold, you are immersed in darkness; eyes open or closed, you experience the perfect blackout.

Each event is unique and features a different menu and artists/performers. Notice the unexpected. Let your other senses take over. Perhaps there is something unexpectedly hard, warm or smooth in the breadbasket, or you are swept up in the percussion of a rainstorm. You might hear the sound of a dancer’s feet slapping the floor or a voice materializing from across the room.

As you savor the luxurious food and fine wine, challenge your palate to tease out the mysteries of the menu. Then, afterwards, test yourself against the sealed menu card which reveals the event’s menu and artists.
